Farhat Ali
President – Integnology

Prior to assuming these roles with Integnology, Mr. Ali was president and chief executive officer of Fujitsu America. He successfully orchestrated mergers of various subsidiaries of Fujitsu to form Fujitsu America which provides Information Technology based business solutions. His contributions at Fujitsu include building an effective executive team, revamping the sales structure, and developing a world-class supply chain. Mr. Ali has broad experience in all facets of business and operations. Prior to joining Fujitsu, he spent over 20 years at Amdahl Corporation where he held senior management positions including Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Customer Service and Chief Financial Officer of Amdahl Global Services. Mr. Ali graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University where he received a bachelor’s of science degree in electrical engineering and computer science. He obtained a master of business administration from Harvard Business School.

Jean-Luc Pelissier

Jean-Luc was senior vice president and general manager of the largest division of Credence Systems Corporation, a $500M test equipment company headquartered in the Silicon Valley; he was also in charge of the worldwide field operations for the company. Prior to Credence, Jean-Luc served as president of NPTest,Inc., managing the marketing, engineering, development and sales of new generation test platforms for companies like Intel, AMD, ST, NVIDIA or Mediatek. Jean-Luc served in this role until the acquisition of NPTest by Credence at which time he focused on the integration of both companies product lines.

Paul Borrill
Founder, President & CEO REPLICUS Software, Inc.

Dr. Paul Borrill is the Founder of Replicus Software Corporation – a startup focused on revolutionizing the Storage Industry. Dr. Borrill was VP and CTO at VERITAS Software, he was responsible for developing common technology infrastructures. Prior to VERITAS, Paul worked on the NASA Space Shuttle, where he developed the computer systems and software for CHASE, a Solar UV Spectrometer, which flew on Spacelab 2 in 1985. He then spent eight years at Sun Microsystems as Distinguished Engineer, Director, and Chief Scientist for IR. From 1997 to August 1999, he was at Quantum Corporation as Vice President & Chief Architect.

David Allen
CTO, EVault (Seagate company)

David Allen is CTO at EVault a subsidiary of Seagate. Previously he was working as an experienced technology and financial services leader with New Castle Partners as Managing Director. In the recent past, he was SVP & Chief Technology Officer at Inovant, Visa’s technology organization, where he was responsible for technology direction in one of the most reliable, high transaction rate environments in the world.


Ron Eller
Vice President & General Manager, Enterprise Solution Alliances, Hewlett-Packard Company

Ron Eller is responsible for all aspects of business driven through and with software, system integrator and outsourcer partners for HP. Prior to 2004, Mr. Eller led the similar function for various of the server, storage and software businesses of HP. During 2000 and 2001, he led strategy and business development for Compaq’s industry standard server business. Previous to 2000, Eller ran business operations, information management, eCommerce and customer satisfaction and quality for the Compaq. Prior to joining Compaq in 1994, he was responsible for local and regional management consultancy practices focused on business strategy.

Robert Burgelman
Edmund W. Littlefield Professor of Management; Executive Director of the Stanford Executive Program

Robert Burgelman carries out longitudinal field-based research on the role of strategy in firm evolution. He has examined how companies enter into new businesses (through corporate entrepreneurship and internal corporate venturing as well as through acquisition) and leave others (through strategic business exit), and how success may lead to co-evolutionary lock-in with the environment. His research has focused on organizations where strategic action is distributed among multiple levels of management. He has written approximately 100 case studies of companies in many different technology-based industries. He currently focuses on the challenges posed by nonlinear strategic dynamics.
