Our Delivery Methodology

Our Business and Technology Transformation Practices consists of the five steps:
Diagnose:

Integnology starts its engagements with an in-depth series of interviews with senior executive team to recognize the business transformation challenges. After the first round of interviews, the Integnology senior consultants and client executives jointly sort and short list the most critical and strategic issues.

Hypothesize:

Integnology conducts the series of mini roundtables with Client Executives as wellas with its leading industry Advisors and Consultants to formulate Hypothesis around each strategicchallenges.

Strategize:

After about one month of very intense working in the Diagnosing and Hypothesizing phases, Integnology sets the ‘Innovation Strategy Roundtable’ with the selected members of senior leadership from the client team as well as from its Senior Consultants and Advisors. The Strategy Roundtable normally lasts from one to two days of intense brainstorming and Deep Dives following methodically organized methodologies, templates and tools to ensure fresh thinking and results. Integnology team will channel all the output of these intense sessions and provide frameworks and the data to the Client Executive Team to build the actual Strategy, while continue to facilitate and offer moderation if necessary.

Implement

Exactly one month after the Strategy Roundtable and follow up sessions, Integnology and Client team jointly orchestrate the Implementation phase, where the set strategy is put into operation and tested. Integnology small team departs from the clients once the Strategy becomes operational leaving behind the custom designed measurement tools and methodologies that will be implementedand followed by the Client team.

Measure:

Integnology team visits the clients quarterly for one day assess the set achievements andgoals with the client team to make sure all eyes are on the ball and there are no fall outs.
